4. All visitors arriving by ship must have their name, ship name, and manifest registered with the Harbor Master or the Captain of the City Docks. A representative of the city will ensure that all required information is taken. If the ship is here to simply visit the city all who get off of said ship, are required to undergo basic health checks. Those here strictly on merchanting business, will be directed to one of the two officials on the docks, for any taxes owed to the city. Any ship that stays longer than 12 ahn no matter the reason required to obtain a berthing permit. Masked men are not allowed within the city. 5. The city has the right to search any and all cargo than comes into and leaves the city. Anyone who is non-compliant is in violation of law and subject to arrest.

To acquire a guest pass, a person need only contact the City Scribe who will issue that person a pass they may show to the Harbor Master or Captain of the Guardsmen (Or the city representative of either) to expedite their admission process. All people who come to the city without obtaining a guest pass are assumed to have been given one on their arrival. (This is to help in keeping with the city mailstring. Your name will stay on the city mailstring for as long as your guest pass is valid)
7. To acquire a berthing permit, one needs to send a request to the Harbor Master or Captain of the City Docks (If there is no one in the position scroll the City Scribe or the Administrator). Before the Berthing permit is given, the ship must be searched and all passengers slave and free must be given and pass health checks.
